India

Obesity is the one of
the unpleasant thing that people don’t want. In today’s world everybody likes
to be slim and charming but the question arises is everyone ready to sacrifice
the junk food and stick on a proper diet for an adequate posture?
The phenomena of
Obesity is not only in India but in the whole world. In the previous year 2020
(considered as one of the most grating year for most of the people) has also
contributed for the huge growth of Obesity epidemic in India.
In India there is an
estimation of 135 million individuals to be obese in a current situation. A
person is considered to be obese when his/her BMI (Body Mass index) is around
30.0 or more. Due to the Covid 19 outbreak many individuals have been facing
lot of health issues. Just sitting up in home due to Quarantine and doing a
least physical activities leaded an individual to gain weight.
Some of the reasons
that why an individual gain weight:-

Improper or poor diet:-
The
very first point is about the poor diet. Many of the people don’t think about
what they eat and act spontaneously while consuming the junk or unhealthy food.
The people never gave a thought about how it will affect their body and what
will be its consequences?
By
consuming an unhealthy diet can lead them to high blood pressure, high
cholesterol, certain cancers, diabetes etc.
Solution for this
issue:-
Schedule a proper diet
plan for yourself. Eat the food which is high in protein such as soy products
like soybeans is the most common example, eat a lot of green vegetables such as
broccoli, spinach, cabbage etc.
Note: - Never ever skip
or omit your breakfast because skipping your breakfast will lead you to
unwantedly weight gain. You can consume milk, oats, apple or other light weight
food and healthier food in the morning.

Least physical activity:-
As
food is a concern for weight gain but the lack of exercise is also a reason to
gain weight and a big belly. Most of the people neglect the physical exercise
which is not good for their health. It will lead to increase of fats in your
body.
There
are many benefits for doing exercise regularly like:-

improves mental and physical health
o
It gives strength to your bones.
o
It improves muscle and mind connection.
o
It decreases the heart related diseases.
Schedule
a proper timing between your work and day to day routine.

Depression or Anxiety:-
Anxiety,
Depression, Stress are the part of the life. Every one in the life suffers from
this stage or phase of his/her life. Depression may often lead to the weight
gain in individuals. According to a 2010 study 55% become obese who suffer from
the depression or anxiety issues. Mainly among the teenagers the obesity is a
teasing material for them which is really shameful thing to pass comments
related to the body shape and size of an individual.
Solution
for this issue:-
To
handle the depression consult a doctor for that and follow all the therapies
asked by him to do. But an individual should find the motivation or a desire to
achieve a brawny physical peak.
One

Sedentary Lifestyle or Surroundings:-
If
a person is having a sedentary lifestyle or his/her work demands to be in that
way. So you need to something about this question. Many of the people could not
hit to the gym due to their work or a person is living at a place where parks
and gyms are approachable.
Solution
for this issue:-
If
no gym or parks are accessible then an individual should try working out at
home or buy some equipment’s for daily exercise. It will your body to be in
good shape.

obesity is considered as disease as it just slowdown your life. Due to obesity
a person is likely to become lazy and unenthusiastic. So health should be the
first priority of the person. If your health and lifestyle is crummy then you
should give it a thought. If health is crummy or bad so your work will be
affected too and as well as your personal life too.
